Our reception is open at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 6am – 10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7am – 12am
Outside the opening hours you may check in independently through our self-check-in terminal.
1. Check-In
– Please select your language and “I have a reservation” at the check-in terminal and follow the instructions
– To find your reservation, please enter your last name.
– Depending on the type of your reservation, a payment may be required.
– After the process is completed, you will receive a printout with the access code for the entrance door and the room door
2. Door Code
How to open the hotel entrance door:
Turn on the keypad next to the hotel entrance door and enter the 9-digit code you received at the check-in terminal.
When the buzzer sounds, open the door.
How to open the hotel room door:
Turn on the keypad and enter the first 6 numbers of the code you received at the check-in terminal.
Then turn the knob.
Your code will be valid until 12am on the day of departure.
